You don't need to resurface your rotors most likely. When you brake does the car shake and pulse? If not I wouldn't worry.

I'd get them from RockAuto because they're awesome.

Any of the ceramic ones would work fine, just don't cheap out. They're sorted by performance level.

Alternatively just walk into any AutoZone/CarQuest/Napa/AdvanceAuto/Checker/O'Reilly and ask them for some good ceramic pads for the car and they'll help you out

Basically pads are made out of a few materials, it goes in this order...
Ceramic > Metallic > Semi metallic > organic.

Never buy organic. They usually last 10k miles or so....
