Default Fuel Induction Service

It's been a while since I've been on the forum and was recently pondering the thought of getting a fuel induction service. I know you can purchase bottles of cleaner which can do the job but how much better job does going the dealer and getting this job done vs a bottle. What all does it entail and what kind of results would I see.

My car facts is a 2004 Chevy Silverado 4.3L with 116 miles
My current ride: 1998 Chevorlet Truck S10 P/U 2WD 4.3 SFI OHV 6cyl
Miles: ~140,000

Recently replaced;
Passenger side mirror
Wiper blade motor
Headunit w/ speakers
Water pump
Front brakes, rotors and calipers
