Default 1995 Dodge Dakota Power windows problem

I will try to make this as short as possible and include everything.
For about the last year or so, sometimes my power windows would stop working and sometimes, at the same time, (but not every time) my check engine light would come on and my heat/AC blower motor would stop. I would tilt the steering wheel up and down a few times and/or open and close the door a few times and this would make everything start working again, for a while. Last week, my power windows quit altogether. Everything else is working fine including the check engine and blower motor. I tried the tilt wheel and open and closing the doors to no avail. I'm sure it is in the wiring and probably in/under the steering column. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so, where would I start troubleshooting? I have looked at the wiring coming from under the steering column and everything looks practically new. Any ideas as to where I would start? Thank you very much for viewing my questions. I can be contacted at ubcphilco at ya hoo dot com
