Just like on oc.net, we should be able to fill out our car's specs below our posts/signatures. :D

Yupp. I'd say have a bunch of options that only show up in your sig if you check them.
Like engine size and model/type. Turbo? Supercharged? Suspension? Audio? Etc. etc.
Also, there should be a 2nd profile page for people that is just for their cars. A place to list all the nitty-gritty details about it... track times, dynos, etc. (you might check dsmtuners.com for their car profile stuff, just for ideas on what you can list there) :)

Okay, so since I just sold my PC, I figured I would turn my OC.net rig information into my car. Something simple like this would probably work out well for this site. Just have 12 big details about your car listed in the sig, just like it is at OC.net. Car year/make/model, engine, power adder (turbo, supercharger, N20, etc), maybe audio, suspension, etc.

Haha, you're probably consiered a traitor on OC.net now, lol. I'm still actually folding for a team there. What are the 13-year old fantasizer going to do for specs? I think that we ahould also have emblems for every make to put next to our name or something. (yes, idea was copied from OC, too) An emblem would be nice near the mfg specific forums.
