Well, I noticed the audio portion of this forum is lacking, so I'm gonna try to help bump it up a bit, I though adas would be in this part.

Anywho, any of you dudes familiar with Resonant Engineering? Wanted to get a discussion going about 'em and see what everyone thinks. I personally love 'em and really don't think anyone can touch them in performance/build/price :D

I have heard of the name, though i honestly know nothing about them. Hit me with some links and some reviews. Fill me in on this comapny and perhaps you may change my mind on the subs ill be buying ain a month or so.

I too agree that the audio part of the forum is lacking, so ill help boost it up when my parts slowly start rolling in for my truck. I have a 90" mazda single cab pickup, so there is little room for much of anything behind the seats. But i plan on getting 2 12" W7 JL audio subs for the 1000/1 class D amp i have in the mail :)

The hard part will be building a well tuned box, and cutting a hole from the cab to the bed of the truck and monting it all in securely so that it all looks well.

Dude, I can help you with box building. I'm a little rusty at it now, but I ran my own small custom box building and install company for about 3 years and I have some very happy customers still running around :D

Here's their official site www.reaudio.com, I have the 12" SE and I think they can be had on eBay for a mere $130 and that is MORE than worth it bro. I've crushed 2 and 3 sub setup's with this thing.

Here's a review of the 18" SX http://www.hondahookup.com/reviews/post.php?post=150

The SX is a bad ass beast if your looking for raw power and volume. It does ok with SQ, but it lacks in the drum roll department. If you want something that is still hella loud with good SQ, then the SE is for you. Just have a look at my sig. Keep in mind though, since you have a single cab, it will be very hard to get a box that will provide a good response. I'd recommend going the single sub route and using te entire area behind the seat as a box :D

reaudio makes some awesome subwoofers.... and USAmps manufactures some high quality amplifiers to match.
