Jaguar's are suppose to be beutifull; the XF is designed to boost sells and give Jaguar some profits (which, they need).

Designer Ian Callum, also pinned the Aston Martin DB7, and laid the foundation for the DB9. He is also the main guy for the Jag XK... now the XF. Unfortunately, all these cars have some similarities.

As much as I love the design of the XK, the XF feels like its missing the elegance of a Jaguar sedan. It seems to Volvoish looking. It seems wrong.

I can say I like the interiore. Push the START button on the transmission tunnel; small covers on the fascia rotate to reveal air vents, while a rotary selector rises from the transmission tunnel; all while dials on the dash illuminate, the computer's LCD screen turns on (between the instrument dials) along with the touch screen on the center dash console. Everything is very clever to me, except for that silly START button.

Jaguar needs a new car to boos their sells; how ironic if this happens; if Jaguar makes profits, then Ford will sell them (Kind of a strange idea) just like they sold Aston Martin (...as they were making profits).
