I am somewhat pissed off that it costs so much, because it is just a bumper panel. I did not hit her hard enough to do any frame damage...

Whatever. I am paying for it outside of insurance because it would double my insurance payment if I had them pay for it.

This sucks...

you are lucky that is all that happened. And youre right, buying it out of your own pocket will be much cheaper in the long run anyway.

A girl rolled...yes rolled because she couldn't drive a stick into the front of my moms new cobalt and there appeared to be just a scratch, but it turns out it pushed the license plate into the bumper and is going to cost $505 to repair.

Pretty dumb to me. I hate how it is all so overpriced. It is amazing how easy it is to total a car too.

Its half way down the page (I guessed 99 for the year)

Paint it, stick it, and boom! done for ~300 + shipping
I did that for my front grille, and I'm going to be doing it for my bumpers.

P.S I backed into my neighbors BMW, and it didn't do a lot of damage, just a little dent in my bumper and some scruffs. but hey, its plastic ;)
