Should I install mudflaps?

I'm trying to decide if I should install mudflaps on my car...it's a green Regal with a grey undertrim, and a black spoiler. The previous owner gave me a pair of mudflaps that I had forgotten about until today - they're black with "Regal" lettered in white. Do you think they'd look decent, or not? (I'd post pics, but it's raining right now.)

I think it is all about personal preference. If you drive a lot on gravel roads they are nice because the protect your car from getting 'sand blasted' as you drive down the road.

I did it ounce thought it would look cool but it felt like a old mans car when I was done.
