Looking at a 96 Honda Accord, just wanted to know what are the best bodykits for them. I plan on having everything painted a nice darker silver, with a black hood, and black spoiler. Wanted to know the best quality kits that make the car looks sleek, stylish, but not cheesy or over the top. Budget is around $500 for front/rear bumper, and sideskirts. Cheaper the better.

I wouldn't make a semi-luxury low end 4-banger into a sports car, BUT that's up to you. (I would buy a better brand, say Volvo, Mitsubishi, Nissan (infinity), Lexus)
EDIT: I'm not trying to sound like an ASS, btw. It's just the one of the most common rice cars.

Hey, in my opinion if you have a limited budget make it a nice lookin almost all stock car with nice paintwork a drop and good looking wheels . http://www.modifiedcars.com/pix/cars_large/16534_6312.jpg this one is pretty nice, not a lot of modification made as you can see, but still a great look :)

And not just that one, it's a perfect example that a car doesn't necesarilly have to be loaded with body kits to look hot :]
