Default Need car AMP Sugestions

Hi, i have 2 18" subwoofers Fence Audio FS-18 PASSIVE - Subwoofer | H°yttaler | Fnky. I know it is a inside sub, but i dont use them so it would be fun to put them in a car
so if you know about a amp that can deliver the necessary boost for both of them, pleas post

Do an impedance check first usually house speakers are at least 6 ohms to 16 ohms. Then you can determine your amp. The more impedance the larger the amp needed to supply the necessary amperage to your woofers. Like a 1000 watt amp is rated at 2 to 4 ohms if your speakers are 8 ohm then that amp would be more like half of its rated power. Since on amplified circuits the power output is determined by the resistance on the amp itself.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply So you think i dont need more then around 1200 watt AMP for both of them, since my subs have 8 Ohm resistance?
