Default Mazda Protege 2001 - Rear Door Speakers not working

Hi all! New member here ( yeeeeee !!),

So I have a Mazda Protege 2001 and it seems that back two side door speakers aren't working at all. The front 2 door speakers and the rear headrest speakers/sub are all working. I'm am thinking that the channels might just straight up be blown on my headunit, but I would like some more info on how to troubleshoot further..!

Let me know,
- skuppej

Hi

Yes that could be the case.

Pull the head unit out and swap the front and rear speaker outputs and see if the problem goes to the front, then you know for sure.
