Default Possibilities?

Okay, so I may be purchasing this pretty soon, and I'm car stupid ):

I use to always insert the cassette tape into the deck, that wired into my mp3 player. However, I no longer have this option. I saw I could buy an FM Tuner, but it could be a hassle on road trips having to change stations to keep it in sync. Is it possible to install a new HD radio deck(like the ones at BestBuy)? Do they make ones for that size? What if it's too small? I'm not worried about paying for someone to install it. Any ideas?

Care to go into detail, show me something to look at, etc? I'm going to check out the Stang in a half hour.

I doubt you will find a head unit that is too big, and if its too small they make the proper harness to make up for the extra room. As specifics go its up to you and your needs.

Okay, updating this instead of making a new post......

I have a 2003 Mustang Coupe, and it has the Mach system in it. I installed a sony Deck from Best Buy. The CD quality is perfect, but from USB and AUX, it seems less entertaining? Any ideas how this would be, fix for this?
This is the deck: Sony 52W x4

Bleh, I updated that link from the post way above if that's what you're talking about. Sorry about that.

EDIT:
Sigh... I'm stupid as hell.. I remember a long time ago trying out the MP3 player using an AUX connection, that I had to mess around with the EQ settings. It sounded better but not like the CD crisp quality. I messed with the EQ with the USB drive and worked nicely. Any ideas why AUX won't do the job like the others?
