Trust your ear. There aren't really any special tracks you can use to test it. Do you have independent subwoofers or just the in car speakers?

If just speakers than the bass level should be around 75%. That's the way I like it. It's a good amount of bass without making the speakers tremble too much.

The settings are all based on personal preference. No one can tell you what to set it to.
