Default Where to buy Car Audio in the States?

So as some of you may know, others may not, the majority of products in Canada are quiet a bit more expensive than our US counterparts. And as such, we also get dinged with shipping and duties.

Example:
I bought a pair of speakers online, 150$, free shipping in the states.
To canada: 150$ + 22$ Shipping + 7.50$ GST + 8$ Duties + 8$ Handling fees by customs = ~200$.

Anyways, in August I'm doing a 2 week road trip down into the states and was thinking since I'm buying a new system anyways, I might as well just buy it on the way through. Since I'm there for so long, I can bring back 750$ without duties so it will save me a significant amount.

That being said, any good car audio shops along this path:

Seattle --> Northern edge of San Fran --> Reno --> Up through Montana back to Alberta

What are you looking to do? Subs, component or fullrange speakers, amp'd, not amp'd? Depending on what you want and what kind of budget youer working with, we can better choose places for you to go.

I have the subs I'm gonna use and will probably get a deck locally. I have a mixture of car audio from previous projects so just looking to upgrade certain parts and reuse others, all depends on the price I suppose. ~500 would probably be the limit.

Deck: Alpine CDA 9887 probably
Subs: Four Hertz 8" subs wired to 1 ohm or 4 ohms.

Misc crap I have laying around for sale, but may use some of it.
Kicker KQ9 Signal Processor / Equalizer
Clarion 4 Channel amplifier, 60W x4 @ 4 ohms, 90W x4 @ 2 ohms.
Rockford P3 10" sub /w ported enclosure
Rockford P300.1, 402W RMS @ 2 Ohms.
Alpine type S 6x9's
Cadence 3-way component 6x9's

I think ultimately I'm looking for mainly just amplifiers probably. Probably a 4 channel amp and something for the hertz subs. I might try to find something to replace my aged type S speakers since they came with my previous car and aren't in the best condition.
