Mercedes SUV 2014 : Leaked Details
The Mercedes SUV 2014 is looking amazing in the specs department, but we don't quite now about the looks yet, because there is not a picture out yet.
Here are the specs:
- Mercedes SUV 2014 will be available with all-wheel-drive
- Mercedes SUV 2014 will be powered by a new generation of turbocharged four-cylinder engines
-bonnet and tailgate cover, Which houses the rear lights
-made of aluminum
- solid and safe passenger compartment has a lot of ultra-high strength steel big
-low coefficient of drag of just 0.32 also improve fuel efficiency further
-The gasoline units will displace 1.6 liters and make 120 or 154 hp a 1.8-liter diesel will be offered in Europe
-Mercedes also plans to install its ubiquitous 2.1-liter turbo-diesel
-the brand could also offer larger and more powerful turbocharged gasoline engines
-Power will be transmitted to the wheels through a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
-The styling won’t be boxy and angular like the GLK’s, but rather softer. It will be punctuated by a lot of flowing and twisting lines, not all of which make sense at first—or even second—glance. Inside, you can be sure the new model will sport the latest versions of COMAND and Mercedes’ various other safety and telematics technologies.

I'd hope it has an AWD version. Better have a lowrange box too. SUVs are, by definition, off-road vehicles. I love how it's available with a proper manual though, that's something Merc needs to do more in their fast stuff.

To answer most of your questions: (1) AWD improves performance, and does NOT make a car safer (2) Compare total cost to own before sticker price (3) Driver experience trumps all safety features (4) Take all reliability stories with a grain of salt (5) An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
