OK. It's getting close to time to do something. In your opinions, what shall I do first?

Of course, I'll be replacing stuff first, such as the driver seat, struts, etc. By the way, is there a specific type of strut I should get? I was going to tell my mechanic to do what he thinks is right, but I want to know what you guys think.

Apart from bringing her back to stage Zero, I was thinking of doing the exhaust system. Likely a dual 2.5" Exhaust. Can't have too much exhaust, right? I was also thinking about having the intake professionally replaced. After that, I would do a chip tune to increase HP and TQ and get rid of the throttle limiter. Sound good?

As for brands of shocks, do some quick searching on Koni and Bilstein. Both come very highly praised for many reasons. Are coil overs available for your Volvo?

Dual exhaust is your preference mainly. A single exhaust is typically lighter, more simple, and has a different sound to some.

I'm doing silver wheels, no worries.

Heck if I know about the coil overs, speed. I'm still learning. Only reason for posting here is to get opinions. Otherwise, I'd tell the mechanic to make it faster, then explain what he did. I do know some basics, though.

So, should I just go for a 2.5"-3" single exhaust? Or how about 3" all the way to the muffler, then dual 2.5"? That way I don't have 1 fat ugly pipe, with the performance of one.

Change 'O plans. Gonna keep it simple. IPD boasts some good results.
Engine ECU Flash Tune Upgrade for Motronic 7 Turbo Models 1999-

247HP -- 280HP
243TQ -- 320TQ
Boost 10PSI -- 18PSI
0-60 7.2s -- 6.2s

That's just a tune. All I think I will do is

- Tune
- Exhaust
- intake (likely just a drop-in K&N)
- HD TCV

Rough estimate:

$950 for tune
$480 for exhaust
$60 for intake
$80 for HD TCV
$600 for silicone and etc.

Total cost estimate: $2170. So, I'll save up $2500 after I put in the air filter. I might need to do some other stuff, I dunno yet. Not bad, considering a slower R car costs at least $13000.

When are you going to fix the biggest problem? (being wrong wheel drive)
