Tremec TR-3650. It's the base trans for the GT model.

Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter

I plan on making these to lower cost of modifications.

Basically the same thing, just set up for a different tranny. I assume yours would bolt to your stock rotator plate since it doesn't appear to come with one.

Well, yesterday - had I been at my house the whole day and not at work, I would have been able to sign for my Agent 47 Rotor Cooling Kit, as well as the replacement Lower Lip GT/CS - Cobra Air Scoops. Instead I have to suffer through another work day before finally being able to go home and get all giddy with excitement when opening packages as if it were Christmas day. Then again... screw the rotor cooling kit, I got rims on the way, I really can't wait for those. Then again... I'll be waiting a week or more before I get to wrap them in some pretty new Nitto NT01's for the track. I can't wait to get all four corners on the track and see what they can do.

EDIT: WOOT! Just recieved a confirmation on delivery, I don't know if it was the rims or the rotor cooling kit but both should be in by Friday.

Look what came in today

Check out my "photography lighting" in the upper right. Too bad I used the flash anyways.

They weigh in at just under 23lbs ea.

Hopefully my rotor cooling kit comes in tomorrow, will make for a fun weekend and I can get some "work" done!

Ooo, nice rims man. Can't wait to see 'em wrapped in slicks and on the car.

My rigs:

1985 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci OHV inline six | 4-speed OD manual | 310K | No power brakes | Running 100% - It hasn't driven this good in 15 years!

1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.
1997 Ford Explorer XLT | 4.0L Vulcan V6 | 5-speed automatic | shift-on-the-fly 4WD | 210,000 miles | Running 95% - Needs brakes on all four corners + bald tires
1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!

-_- How thick can one get? Well... Let's find out...

I e-mailed the e-tailer LRS (late model restoration) asking them for some type of tracking for the rotor cooling kit. Here is my e-mail which I sent January 12th:

"I keep trying to track my order so that I can anticipate when it is going to arrive but everytime I click the tracking link there is no information. It says that it's probably because the order was drop-shipped or shipped with someone other than UPS but there is no indication that this is the case on my invoice. It simply says "Vendor Shipped ETA 7-10 Days". I would like to find out my tracking # and who it was shipped with so that I can track it."

Here is this guys response which was sent January 13th, word for word:

"The parts ARE coming from the vendor and usually take 7-10 working days for the date of the order. You should be expecting them around Jan 10."

Really? That's funny. I always thought backwards time travel was impossibe. Apparently not. Well... It's Friday now and I am still waiting for my damn package.

Well, my A47 kit finally arrived, thankfully the box was delivered in great condition.

Here is what came in the boxes.

And here are some shots of the scoops and where they will go.

You see that dent in my A/C exchanger? Guess what did that... An armadillo... Hit that turd going about 80 and drug him on the interstate for about 1/4 mile. Pretty sturdy little exchanger if ya ask me. Gonna hide it once I get my new grill (fog lights go bye bye with the billet grill) and I am going to put my fog lights in between the two air scoops.

You don't have to cut away the whole plastic thing, just a small box in the middle and then the scoop screws to the plastic back. It's a pretty clean kit, not to mention it has the 700F+ temp rating on the air hose.
