![]() Edit: Go to the last few pages for updates. The car is no longer my DD, and is receiving an LS/T56 swap.
I seem to be in the habit of buying cars often and should save my money, but this one popped up at an amazing price, was exactly what I have been looking for, and I got there before anybody else to buy it. ![]() ![]() ![]() This will be my new daily driver if a few things are fixed first, and I plan to drive it until the wheels fall off, then weld them back on and go for another 100k. Out with the old and in with the new. ![]() ![]() The 240 is a 1990 5 speed hatch with 129k miles, and is 95% rust free. The only mods on it are a 3 inch cat back exhaust (way too loud for me), and a rear strut bar. This will also be replacing my celica, so the celica will be going up for sale on CL as a parts vehicle shortly. ![]() This car will not see snow though, so the blazer will become my winter beater.

![]() I'll have to post some pics of my buddies shop up when go back. We dropped a Stroked Camaro off today for a Valve job and hung out for a while. He had 7 240SX cars there 3 Full drift cars none stock 2 Silvia Conversions one stripped down to less then a bare chassis as they are building it for a Pro driver and doing a tubular frame. Also had 3 Surpra's all Turbo. And 3 Subuaru's. You would wonder why I brought a Camaro here but I really trust this guy.

![]() I just took it for another spin around town and for driving around with an underpowered truck engine this little car does get up and go pretty nicely. An SR would suit this car much better though I think, so I may have a swap in the works after I sell my jeep. This winter is going to suck knowing I have the car and want to drive it but can't. ![]()

![]() It's a bad Phone Pic but the lights looked awesome we did the whole car except the head lamps and reverse light. I thought the transversed Chevy symbols made a nice touch and keeps it a little safer. this is with brake lights on but poor shadowing as it's pulled in the garage.
