Default My first car.

Ok. I'm 16years old (i'll get my license at 17 - I live in Romania ) and i want to buy myself a "new" car, my first car. I have 2000euros to spend (about 3000bucks) and i have a few options :

1. BMW 525i 1983 - 190.000km (around 110.000miles) - 1900euros
2. BMW E30 318i - 1987 - 197.000km (around 115.000miles) - 2000euros
3. Ford Mustang - 1995 - 200.000km (around 120.000miles) - 2500euros - actually i don't know what engine it has...the owner said V8 and on announce page it says Inline 6...
4. Honda Civic - 1997 - 210.000km (around 125.000miles) - 1900euros
5. Dacia Solenza - 2004 - 140.000km(85.000miles ) - 2000euros (this one is made in Romania...it has a 1.4L engine / 75 bhp / AC and...that's about all..the spare parts are cheap )
6. Mercedes E250d - 1987 - 250.000km (around 160.000miles) - 2000euros (a 2.5diesel engine / 90bhp )

What shall i choose?

well considering the 95 mustang never came in an inline 6, only v6 and v8, i would say that it's probably a V8, but you should definitely pop the hood and see.

Being from the US i have no experience with Dacias, but a 2004, with 85k for 2000? sounds pretty good to me.

I don't know about there, but here in the US BMW and Mercedes parts are expensive.

I'm sure others will chime in with their opinions.

this made me laugh...hard. xD

Anyway...Yes.You can find a cheap Mustang in a ex. Soviet wasteland O_o... The Mustang's engine is a V6. But it is green (yuck). Anyway...i'm thinking to get an Alfa Romeo 156. Just found one with 180k km and a 1.9L Diesel Engine with 2.500euros. I think is a better deal than the Mustang because is more fuel economic. If the owner does't want 2200euros on it (i need to make him and offer) I'll buy a Dacia Solenza 1.9 TDI for 1800euros and the best part...it only has 90.000km (55.000miles) - found it through a friend.

The Dacia sounds like a steal, otherwise the first BMW sounds good if parts don't cost too much there.
