Well i don't really buy upgrades usually, so does this include buying cars or just upgrading owned cars?

It's just a "in general" type of question

Upgrades/buying new cars/etc. all fall under "spending on your car(s)"

At least, last time I checked

This year alone I have spent over $6,000 but on average I usually spend close to $3000 .

Well ive only had the stang for a little over a year. But so far ive spent about 2k or so. Im almost done with it though. Just want a supercharger or turbo and will be happy until I get a GT or Cobra.

I'd say... I'm probably going to have about 3-4k into mine this year. Between cleaning supplies, wax, lights (I swear, I've spent 100 on lights this year =p), and generic maintenance I'll have about 1500-2k and the rest is going for new brakes (upgraded) and a few motor tweaks to make my other foot happy too.

Overall, just keeping up with Chicago winters is enough to bankrupt a person... Stupid salt =p

As you have all seen in my modding thread, I finally started getting everything put on my car. Brand new, everything I have is probably in the area of a couple thousand, but I bought it all used for the most part so I'm looking at probably 1200 dollars or so.
