Post range transmission sensor

When I change the range transmission sensor of my car I have problem which is when I put D and drive with full throttle ((less than full throttle the problem does not come)) from zero (the problem is like when you remove your leg from the padel and return it again with shift down) this comes only in the first gear but when I put D1 there is no problem, my car is GMC DENALI YUKON XL 2005 of course automatic transmission.

I don't understand your problem, can you rephrase?
