Waste of money. You would be much better off just saving the THOUSANDS of dollars on parts and labor and just buying a new car.

True as well. For the cost of the swap at most places you will most likely be in 2-3 grand. You may be able to find something that looks better and runs faster for that price. Look for a turbo eclipse and sell the accord.

You can go both ways... The accords arent very great sport cars as they are heavier than most hondas... They are great for show though. You need to decide now what you really want. Speed, or something to show off.... If you wanna go fast, save your pennies and get a new car that has real potential. Other wise, save your pennies and start buying some parts for the motor/trans swap + some performance parts... Lucky for you hondas are cheap.

Unless you have someone to do the swap for you for cheap or you can do it yourself its really not cost effective. Keep driving the Accord and save up for a better platform to start with.
