Default CTS 2004 - Power steering issues

Good morning,

I am having serious issues with my power steering pressure line.
It continues to burst after replacing multiple o-rings and the line itself.

I've completely drained all power steering fluid and flushed the system.
I've replaced the pressure hose and now it seems the pressure hose has failed after two weeks.

I've replaced my pump with no such luck. The only thing I haven't replaced is my rack and pinion.

If my rack and pinion were on it's way out, would it cause my power steering pressure hose to continuously burst?

It's breaking at the pump not the track and pinion.
So when the O-Ring gives out on the pressure hose it's occurring at the pump, not the rack and pinion.

I've tried multiple different fluids and it just keeps launching them back out at me.

Does anyone have an idea or suggestion?

it does seem like pressure is too high, if there is a restriction on rack line, or reservoir line, it would create too much pressure, faulty rack, or clogged connection, kinked line could cause that, i would first remove the pressure tubes from rack, and see if they, or fittings are not clogged or tubes not kinked, bend. before replacing the rack, unless you know that rack needs to be replaced anyway.
also does your rack has fluid cooling loop? see if that has anything that would restrict the flow of fluid.
may be this diagram will help a bit.

Just to recap the rack was bad.
Replaced, resolved.

Thanks!
