yea, that is defiantly better pic. it is adjustable.

you may try to align the wheel yourself, if you do not feel like going to a shop, for some reasons. one rear wheels is possible to adjust yourself, there are videos on line how to do it with simple available tools, even with a string just google "toe in toe out". i would not recommend this method if you replaced struts, or need front wheels aligned, which are a lot more critical, but 1 rear wheel, only toe in\out adjustment, you can get away without computerized alignment machine.
