Default 2002 Toyota Corolla Info/Help

Ok so I need a little help. I want to do some engine mods. Corollas are really lacking parts from TRD, but they have lots for Celicas and MR2's from the same year. My dad suggested that I find out if they Celica and MR2 parts would be compatible.

So far I know I have a 1ZZ-FE engine with VVT-i. I think this is a slightly less powerful version of the Celica GT and MR2. I just wanted some confirmation because info sites say the Corolla has 125hp and Celica GT's have 140hp, probly due to additional and better parts.

Cheapest mod that would give you a boost in HP would be a cold air intake (relatively easy to install.) I believe, also you could upgrade the exhaust system as well. Harder mods would be to bore out the cylinders to at least 2.0L and may be install a turbo ( a lot harder then installing a cold air intake though). Supposedly this one adds about 15 HP to your specific car.
