Question Celica question

I literally just bought (today) a 2001 toyota celica with low kilometres and in pristine condition. now I'm going to start working on it. I was just wondering if I should put a cold air intake or a ram on it and whats the pros/cons of each ... if any. and whats even the difference?

Cold air intake-
Pros:
- Slightly more power due to cold air being slightly denser
- Possibly better low end torque due to the intake runner being longer and better for lower RPMs
- Nice "whoosh" and "suck" sound

Cons:
- Possibility of hydro-locking if it's too low and improperly installed
- Bad $/performance ratio
- Takes up a lot of engine bay space

Short Ram-
Pros
- Possibly better high-end torque due to the intake runner being shorter and better for higher RPMs
- Nice "throaty" and "aggressive" sound
- Takes up less engine bay space than usually even the stock intake runners

Cons:
- Sucks up hot air from the engine bay near the engine
- Bad $/performance ratio

That's about it.
