rockauto.com, and that car is so old you should be able to fix it yourself with a basic hand tool set.

1985 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci OHV inline six | 4-speed OD manual | 310K | No power brakes | Running 100% - It hasn't driven this good in 15 years!

1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.
1997 Ford Explorer XLT | 4.0L Vulcan V6 | 5-speed automatic | shift-on-the-fly 4WD | 210,000 miles | Running 95% - Needs brakes on all four corners + bald tires
1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!

That lack of power is likely what fouled the plugs. Doublecheck the carb adjustment once you have the tranny fixed just the same, a rich carb could foul them out that way as well.

Don't. Aftermarket body kits universally look awful. As for minor things like a chin splitter or nascar style spoiler you can look at summitt racing, and rims can be had at tirerack.com. Discount Tire also sells rims if you'd rather buy local. A set of 15x7 front 15x9 rear 5-spokes would look stunning on that thing if I do say so myself.

They're more for style purposes, although the wider rears will lend more traction if you ever decide to play around with the V8 under there. A 15x9 should bolt in without needing any modifications.

There's nothing wrong with the stock steelies as far as functionality goes as long as they're not rotten, dented, or otherwise damaged.

You should be able to grab these from rockauto too. If not, pester the parts stores. They should have mirrors, if nothing else. The grille you may have to source from a junkyard, you never know what sort of shinies you can find in there. Be prepared to put some elbow grease into cleaning up whatever you scav though.

As long as they aren't severely rusted they should be fine...if bland.

Might wanna grab a set of good tires for it instead of just airing up the ones it has and hoping for the best. They may be dry rotted, it sounds like this thing has sat idle for a fair chunk of time.

That's something I've never heard of before, but a pair of channel locks should pop it loose. Just be careful you don't rip the neck off of the tank in the process.

The cops won't care as long as the mirror works. The amount of work they'd have to do on the roadside to confirm that it's not actually a DOT mirror is well above and beyond their job.
