Survey about sustainable and safer driving | please participate
We are conducting a survey in connection with an international automotive research project called GAIN.
GAIN is a research project co-funded by the European Commission, developing functions, based on the very latest satellite navigation technique.
The result of the project will be an improvement of overall traffic safety and a reduction of CO2 emission and fuel consumption. In order to achieve those challenging goals, GAIN will gather partners with outstanding expertise and wide experience in the field of satellite navigation, communication, map management and telematics.
Answering the questionnaire will take you about 15 minutes. It is anonymous and will be used for statistical purposes only. We wish to thank you in advance for taking the time to fill in this questionnaire.
Your participation will be a valuable contribution for the development of this new technology.
Thank you very much for your participation and sharing the link!

If I ever buy a car with something like this fitted as a standard option the first thing I'll do is disable it. I just don't see a need for this on any of my vehicles.
Three pedals? Brain in my head? Don't need a computer telling me how to drive. I go with the flow of traffic. My ride gets the economy it gets, no sense holding everyone else up hypermiling.
Tired Iron ain't got no time to wear out...
1985 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci OHV inline six | 4-speed OD manual | 310K | No power brakes | Running 100% - It hasn't driven this good in 15 years!
1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.
1997 Ford Explorer XLT | 4.0L Vulcan V6 | 5-speed automatic | shift-on-the-fly 4WD | 210,000 miles | Running 95% - Needs brakes on all four corners + bald tires
1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!
