Default Hummer H1 Looks

So what do you think, first impression of the car.

Real sharp lines all over, not many cars that sharp imo.

Heh, H1's aren't made to look pretty, but they do look nice to some of us. They look alot better going offroad, tho.

they are made to be rigid and rugged, the style dept was shortcut when they designed it, but it sure gets the job done if you need to get across that river :>

I like the H1's, especially when they have the full military body armor and a 50 cal. on the roof.

I love the H1 because it's made first and foremost to be a tough as hell offroader that doesn't care one way about fuel economy, the environment or anything infront of it. It's built for function over form, and that is something I absolutely love in a vehicle.

Those are also the reasons I don't want to own one, lol.

My rigs:

1985 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci OHV inline six | 4-speed OD manual | 310K | No power brakes | Running 100% - It hasn't driven this good in 15 years!

1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.
1997 Ford Explorer XLT | 4.0L Vulcan V6 | 5-speed automatic | shift-on-the-fly 4WD | 210,000 miles | Running 95% - Needs brakes on all four corners + bald tires
1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!

I really, really like it. It is completely impractical for pretty much anything I do, but if I ever somehow run across a ton of money, one of the first things I'm buying is a 2006 H1 wagon.

I would never own one, unless the end of the world was imminent, in which case tofunator is correct haah.

The end of the world is the only time one is necessary, LOL. They ain't made for paved roads. They're meant to get you there, wherever 'there' is.

Theres's another vid of it that's the same as that but longer that shows him driving up out of the river, absolutely incredible. But i can't find it.

Just clean it when you're done
