Door lock problem with my car - searching good quality locksmith
I'm having problem with my honda prelude 2006, I can only lock the door when the door is shut, if I try to lock the door while it is open it will only move halfway. So everytime I get out of my car I need to insert the key to lock the door. If anybody have some idea or suggestions about it plzzz share the with me from here.

Hhmmm I know on some of the newer cars it won't let you lock the door if the key is still in the ignition with the door open. Only thing I could think of that would cause that. When you get out of the car is there any dinging as if you left the keys in or lights on? If so there could be a problem with your ignition switch thinking the keys still in there.
Had that problem with my Saturn where the switch thinks the keys still in and won't stop dinging! Pissed me off at first but now I just ignore it. I'm just thankful it's not new enough to have that feature where it won't let you lock the doors.
