Default need more power

i have 2007 cobalt ls with the 2.2l 5 speed. i put a cold air intake in it and am looking for other options but not a turbo or supercharger yet

Just sell it and get an SS

There really is nothing you can do cheaply at this point to gain any real decent numbers to that engine. You could throw header+higher flow fuel injector+reprogram computer+free flow exhaust, probably $1300-$1600 for parts. I am not sure if you could get another cam for the base cobalt engine, that could possibly help.

Either buy a SS or get the stage 2/3 kits for the cobalts.
Do your part to increase minivan population, go bareback...its more fun anyways!

Or feel free to drive that SUV and argue its not just a raised station wagon....jus sayin.
