Default Need help picking out parts.

I understand there's sections for each individual part, but I figured just having one grand thread would be much easier.

A couple months ago I picked up a 93' Pontiac Sunbird Convertible for 500$.
It's got 93k miles on it, and may need a new tranny down the road.
The soft top was all sorts of torn up, it's just a bit of a beat up car over all.
I figured it'd make for a good first project car though. I've already got my replacement top in the mail as well.

What it needs still is the following;
Muffler,Rear/Front brake pads, Rotors, a rear view, and side view mirrors.

I'd prefer a dual tip exhaust just because it's a mean sounding car, and for the aesthetic purposes.

I want the new parts to feel like new parts, so I'd prefer them to be a little better than OEM.

Not so far down the road, I plan on throwing new tires/rims on as well as installing a new system.

The new top is black, and I've got plans on painting it a metallic grey.
These are the mirrors I've got in mind; K Source Chrome-Plated Rectangular Mirrors - JCWhitney

I still have the left hand one.. but I mean it's just such a pain to find another stock mirror to match, and it wasn't that pretty anyways aha. I plan on this thing being a project, and owning it for a while. So any future recommendations would be cool as well!

Be honest as you want man, constructive criticism never hurt anyone haha.
I normal would think that, but I feel they'd go well with a metallic grey/black color scheme.

Exhaust tips do absolutely nothing to change the sound of the car.

As Cluff said, those mirrors are terrible.

Frankly it's an old FWD Pontiac convertible, was never made to be a performance vehicle at all so you're going to have trouble finding anything much better than stock. IF it needs a tranny and is in that kind of shape i'd argue you overpaid by quite a lot.
