Default Should I get a honda as a toy car?

So I have my vibe and considering making it look nice like tinting the windows, painting the trim or getting just a black trim and either painting the rims black or getting new rims. I'm saving up my money but when I have like 10 grande in savings and some spending money then im thinking about maybe getting a cheap 5 speed honda and making it fast, I know a lotta kids do it and I was just curious if most hondas blow out when kids add turbos and things to them and if it would be worth it or just keep my vibe, any advice would be appreciated!

ANOTHER "which car" thread?

This is pretty vague as is. Sure it's easy to screw up your car when you make a change as dramatic as adding a turbocharger. There's good platforms and bad platforms for it. There's a right way to do it and a wrong way to do it. The engineer's answer is "it depends"

Honda is a great platform for reliability but that reputation vanishes and is replaced with the unknown when you enter the realm of this kind of aftermarket work. Your best bet is to find a car with good, reliable stock power and doing work on the suspension/handling/intake/exhaust.

I think we've covered this in great detail across many of your threads already.
