Default Anyone else test drive or own a sonic turbo manual?

I test drove a 2014 Sonic LT with the 1.4 Turbo and a 6 speed manual transmission. Nice little car but I absolutely HATED the clutch feel. The car did have only 10 miles so that could be part of it but the clutch just felt dead! Didn't catch until halfway up the throw and felt like it was almost entirely disconnected from the car. Very difficult to get used to.

The revs also dont drop very quickly which is a bit of a pain.

Anyone else own/drive one and experience the same thing?

I have the auto. I tried to learn stick on one during a test drive and couldn't get it figured out. A lot of people struggle with it for awhile though from what I've read.

Yeah I absolutely hated it. How do you like the auto?

Its a fantastic car for the price. You can't expect a terrIbly refined vehicle at this price point.

My sister's never had any issues with hers.

That said, it's the first manual she's owned.

I wouldn't say it's a particularly good clutch but not bad. The gearbox itself is pretty good.
