Default Late model, 4 door, v8, manual?

I have an 09 scion tC which I have a love/hate relationship with. I love it because of the fuel economy, even though this VVT-I, 4 Cyl engine isn't very economic. I like the way it looks too. But I hate the sound. I feel like this "boy racer" whenever I am in the car, and I hate the connotation. I never liked driving cars that were known for being "ricey". I am part of this car group called "scikotics", where scion owners meet and what not. I just don't like the caliber of people who own the cars, not really my style. So I really want to go back to a v8, I miss the sound and the pull of the engine. My tC has the TRD racing package, so it does have a little more aggressive TRD exhuast, but it still sounds like a fart can to me. So let's get to the point. Do they make a newer(2006-present) 4 door, v8, manual car? I would love something that looks really inconspicuous, but has like 300 horses or so. I know the impala can sort of fit that category. Did they ever make the new chevy Cavalier available to the public? I want something modern, and possibly American? No mustangs, nothing 2 door. Maybe the dodge charger? Not the new one, the body style before? Anyone know anything about them? Let me know. I'm torn.

Plenty of BMWs would possibly fit the bill.

Chargers have a pretty good V8 but they never made any with a manual.

A CTS-V is definitely a V8, RWD, manual sedan (and wagon) but expensive.

A regular CTS is a V6 but plenty punchy and is available in manual.

A Pontiac GXP is another V8 but hard to find in manual and even more expensive.

Lexus IS300 straight 6, a little tough to find in manual, but very good cars.

Why are you so set on a 4 door?

I would love a pontiac G8, but they are really hard to find. I like 4 doors because I really hate having to pull that little lever to have someone get in the back, It's just uncomfortable for everyone to have to get out of the car to let people in. I really love driving manual, and I'm not sure i'd give it up just to have 4 doors and a v8. I really would like to stay away from beamers and mercs. Too expensive to fit. What about an Impala? or a Malibu? They have pretty decent power. Right now I'm dealing with 161hp at the crank in my 4 Cyl scion. I need more. I can't live without it lol.

Pontiac G8, CTS-V, Or if you want to mad a little an older Lexus GS400 with an r154 swap.

Why does it have to be V8? There are some more options with plenty of power if you reconsider other engines, like inline 6, and turbo 4cyl.

A GTO is a coupe... what's it going to be?

Both the Impala and Malibu are FWD unfortunately.

I'm sorry, I thought I posted the G8, I wouldn't be opposed to a 4 cyl turbo or an inline 6, but can I find one that doesn't fit into the category of "rice"?

All the vehicle i have listed can be found under 20k. And if in the 15-20k range is what your really looking at, i honstly would be looking hard for an evo 8 or 9, Pontiac G8 or an S4.
