Default Permanently remove a fuse?

I want to permanently disable some car features that I do not want passengers to use such as the radio and the cigarette lighter. Can I just pull the corresponding fuse? I mean, are there any bad side effects of permanently removing a fuse? Any thoughts?

No, just pull the fuse. That should be fine.

EDIT: I would read up and find out if anything shares the fuse. Sometimes various electronics in the car share a fuse so you could be disabling something else that you might want to keep using.
