Default Used car immediate part replacements?

I'm planning to buy a second hand Sedane with 100k miles. What would be the parts that I should replace immediately when I buy the car? (Because some parts can be visually inspected to check for wear but others cannot.) Any thoughts or additions?

Fluids:
oil
coolant
brake fluid
transmission fluid
power steering fluid

Filters:
oil filter
fuel filter

Others:
thermostat
master cylinder
all 4 brake calipers (pads & discs can be visually inspected)
valve cover gasket
PCV valve
EGR valve
serpentine belt & pulleys
battery (battery might not have wear indicator)
wheel bearings
inner & outer tie rods
various rubber bushings

Default

Timing belt and water pump if they haven't been done.

Calipers I wouldn't replace unless you need to. Seems unnecessary.
