Default What kind of milage should I be getting?

I just got a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup (2-wheel drive, 5.9L v8 engine). What kind of gas milage can I expect to get?

You probably would be getting less than that because it is 12 years old.

lol - this thing has to go to and from work everyday: about 25min each way. It has a 26gal tank, so it's going to cost me a bundle to fill it up.

well, I've got two answers to that: 1 - I'm 6'2", so I won't fit in a little bomb, and 2 - I'm 16 and I just spent $2900 on this truck (truck cost $2700, $200 mantainance) and so I really can't afford to buy a second vehicle.

You'd be surprized at the room in some sedan's, I'm about 5 11' and I easily fit in my jetta.

It's a 98' , yeah I know how you feel, I'm 16 and this is my first car, but I was lucky enough for my parents to buy my first car. That thing probaly packed a good punch doesn't it?
