Default Getting a Ford very soon

Soon, as in, the next couple of days. Yes the time has come to wave goodbye to my little 1124cc Pug 106 that has served me well as a first car for 2 years. I'm a better man, movin' on to better things [Kooks / She Moves in Her Own Way]

'98 Ford Escort Ghia X 1.8l 16v 5dr (Its a Zetec engine) with 41,000 miles on it Its got electric windows and mirrors, A/C, sunroof, driver and passenger airbag, Power steering, ABS, Alloys, 6 disc CD changer. Pretty much top of the range It also comes with a horrible fake wood velour (sp?) dashboard, I've already been down the scrapyard and ripped out a normal grey dash from a scrap Escort

Very low miles for a 97 model. That car should look very clean inside and out, especially the engine area. If not I would be suspicious of a doctored odometer. Not trying to be negative just looking out for ya. Good Luck!

My mistake, it was registered in June 1998, not 97 Its in immaculate condition, very clean and no damage or rust anywhere. The interior is like new. It was owned by Ford Motor Company for a year (company car? display model?) then owned by a female police officer from then on.

Are you going to do any aftermarket things to it?

And the engine, do you mean V-tec engine? I didn't know if ford used them to but I know its that amazingly reliable engine that GM used in alot of its cars around those years.

Pictures! I'll take some more but this is all I had room for on the memory stick.

Tylor - No not a V-Tec, its called a Zetec engine, its Ford not Honda

Maybe it was a courtesy vehicle for the year under ford, anyway it's in great shape.
