Default Installing a HHO rig on '79 Honda Accord

I'm wondering if anyone knows about a HHO rig
and if it's real?
I saw this site at
they explain:
One can run their car on water
with such technology and
claiming the technology they're offering can
increase horsepower of the car, cleans the emission,
scrub old carbon and sludge and increase the cars mpg
by double or more...
Have anyone heard of this?
Is it real?
If it's real, do you think I can install it on my
'79 Honda Accord with CVCC engine?

It is not real. No one has ever gotten more than a 5% gain on mpg, (basically a 20 mpg car gets 22 mpg), it is rather expensive, and even then the effects have been harmful on the motors, as in, and the vehicle will no longer pass emissions testing. There is no usefull way to harness the energy power from water, it just isn't feasible at this point. All of these websites promoting this crap are 'get rich quick' scammers, and it is likely that 90% of the people who are popping up on this forum talking about it are trying to get a fast buck too.

My analogy of it is, if it was real, dont you think that trucking companies would use it?
