Default New Car Options

Well my dad is looking for a new car other than his 98 Oldsmobile that has 150,000 miles on it and still running. He is is the market for a new car and has some specifications he would like. He wants a somewhat sporty or fun car that is over 250hp, and has enough room to fit stuff ie not a 2 seater. Anyhelp or suggestions on what car will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well not an m3, g35, or dodge neons because those are kinda small (2 door) although im not quite sure about the g35. I suggested to him the evo and the wrx but he doesnt want something that is cramped. Are they really small on the inside?

The G35 also comes in a 4-door sedan version. The STi and the Evo are probably the best "bang" for your buck. Anything bigger with that much power would end up costing a lot more, unless you go used. Oh, theres the Dodge Charger R/T starts at $31,000 (340HP 5.7 Liter Hemi V8). The Dodge Magnum R/T costs about the same. The Chevy Impala SS starts at 28,500 (303HP 5.3 V8). Those are big cars that should carry whatever your dad needs to carry. But they could never match the handling of an Evo or an STi. If your dad wants both size and performance, he may have to pay >$50,000 for a BMW or an Audi.

I don't know about the interior of a Lancer Evolution I have however sat in a WRX STI and there was plenty of room and I was able to sit in the driver's seat comfortably at 6'3".

Smile Looking for a new car

i've been looking to buy a new car over the last couple of months and yesterday i stumbled across a wicked website www.newcarinfo.co.uk which lists car specs for every new car on the market.

its got a really cool tool which allows you to compare one car to another. It really helped me out.
