Default dodge stealth bodywork

I found the piece I need (a rear quarter panel left side w/ glass) for $200 and I have been trying to find a good quote on how much it would cost to have it installed. $1500-2000 from a guy that I was recommended. Maaco says $1200, some guy said mabye $700 (over the phone) so I don't know. whats the best route to take on this one?

A poorly installed quarter panel can ruin a car beyond repair it's not something to play with have a pro do it right no mater the cost.

Yep, I installed one on a 1991 Dodge Daytona and it was without a doubt one of the most difficult car repairs I ever did. Body work in general is hard but rear quarter panels are far and away the most difficult body work (in my opinion) because it isn't like a fender or door, you have to drill out or cut out the old welds, then do the same on the donor quarter, then put them together and wire weld or braze it back into place, before you can even get started on the actual sanding/priming/painting. And then you have to worry about rust if the job isn't done correctly.

It took me nearly a month working off hours to get it done.

Yes unless they discover something unexpected like serious rust damage behind the quarter but I would think to much in to it.
