Default Aston Martin removal of Fuse 22

Anybody taken out fuse 22 from their DB9 yet ? I'm tempted to do it but am unsure as to there being any side effects, or even if the increased exhuast noise is worth the effort of trying to obtain a fuse puller to do the job.

I am sure that needle nose pliers would work, but the website I found that gives guidance on what and how to remove Fuse 22 states in big, red letters that absolutely NO metallic tools are to be used under any corcumstances !

Maybe buy a Fuse Puller? I think if you just buy a set of fuses, you get mini one, IIRC.

This would be the way to go if you want to avoid needle nose pliers.

You are SO right ! I didn't know such things existed until I posted a thread on this subject . They ain't the easiest of things to buy, especially when one lives out in the boonies, but I have now gotten one on eBay for 44 pence ! Sure, the postage was 1.50, but what the ferk !
Cheers.
