Default What about Citroen C1? Anyone thinking of buying one?

I will be taking delivery of one of these in 2 weeks time. It costs 26 to fill up and goes for over 400 miles! With petrol in the UK at a 1.00 a litre every penny I can save is always a good thing. It is a lovely car, with a bit of Character.
What do you think of it? And, would you buy a Citroen/Peugeot?

Dave

I'd rather walk than drive that, but you will save allot of money on gas.

I bet you $5 the interior on the cheap sub 6,000 car is still better than anything sub $40,000 over the water however

'rather walk than drive a C1'? I would rather pay 26 every 6 weeks than pay 40 week for a big gas-guzzling car. Besides its great inside and is low road tax and insurance. I know what I would rather drive.

I wouldn't drive it (I'm 6'2" lol) plus it's really not my style, but I can see why it would be right for some people. And hey, it beats driving a Prius, right?

(I vote that we decided right now to ban anyone who drives a Prius. lol)

I agree. What kind of person buys a Prius? They aren't cheap, they're not powerful, and they use more gas then a BMW M3 with 440 HP 4L V8!*

*When Prius is being pushed to the limits and the M3 is going the same speed as the Prius and hardly being pushed.

Yeah, until you have to replace the battery every few years - my grandparents have a first gen Prius, the have to replace the battery every 3 years, it costs a couple grand.
