Default [56K/small monitor STAY OUTI love getting every mile out of my parts :D

Just got done getting my clutch and flywheel out. I think there may be another 100 miles on this thing, the rivets are just about flush with the facing.

Pix commence!

Flywheel overall. It sure looks worn, eh? I'm hoping it can be turned.

Closeups of the face. You can see why I'm kinda worried about it being turnable. The cracks don't feel deep, but that doesn't mean much, I'll know for sure on tuesday.

My rigs:

1985 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci OHV inline six | 4-speed OD manual | 310K | No power brakes | Running 100% - It hasn't driven this good in 15 years!

1984 Ford F150 | 4x2 | 300ci six | granny four | 3.55 rear end | 210K | Brakes shot. Rear drums are doing most of the work. Not fit to drive due to that.
1997 Ford Explorer XLT | 4.0L Vulcan V6 | 5-speed automatic | shift-on-the-fly 4WD | 210,000 miles | Running 95% - Needs brakes on all four corners + bald tires
1989 Ford F150 | 300cid six...again | 5-speed | 4x4 | 160K | Needs brakes done as well. Oi!

Default Disc itself

Overall view of the disc itself. Doesn't look abnormal from this angle, does it?

:O Look! Rivets! It's thin as hell...if I had towed a lawnmower 50 miles to Cookeville, it's quite probable I would have hit those suckers on the flywheel. Just for comparison, here's the same angle on my new one:

Below is a side-on shot. I've gotten every mile I can out of this thing, eh? The one on top is the new one, the bottom one is the old one, FYI.

Default Pressure Plate, and later, Throwout bearing

The pics of the pressure plate facing didn't come out as well as I liked, but you can still see them ok. No cracks, looks to me like normal wear for a high mileage clutch.

There's the finger wear. Again, not too bad, looks like it should. If I had to, I suppose I could reuse this thing...but I don't need to, my new clutch comes with one.

Opinions? Thoughts? Feel free to say something.

Not going to wait for those pictures to load. Get a photobucket account and upload smaller versions.

TestECull bro, gotta size those down a little bit dude. I know you've got it in the title but those pictures are like twice the size of your average 52" TV.

Ditto on the above comments regarding your pics.

Hope you got the flywheel resurfaced or replaced.

You think the cracks are deep enough to set it off balance when it gets machined?
