Default 2006, BMW 330i or Saab 9-3 Aero?

I'm in the market for a new car. I currently drive an Acura TSX. I'm trying to stay in the $500/mo range (or less). I was looking at 2006/2007 BMW 330/335 CPOs, less for the speed and more for the included features (Xenon headlights, for example) over the base model. I drive 20-25k a year and am looking for a 5 year loan.

The BMW's I've seen run around $28-32k with 25-40k miles. By the time I turn the car in it will have around 125-150k miles.

I then ran across a non-CPO 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero with 40k miles, 2 owners, for $16k. It has all the features I'm looking for (heated power seats, Xenons, leather, heated mirrors, etc.), a fairly powerful engine, and is almost half the price.

My biggest concerns with the Saab are 1) manufacturing quality coupled with how many miles I drive (I don't really want the car in the shop ALL the time), 2) two previous owners, and 3) it was traded into a non-Saab dealer, so the previous owner didn't like the car enough to stick with Saab. BUT, it's $12-$16k less than the Bimmers for almost the same car.

Which should I go with?

who care's if they turned it into a different dealer? I loved my Chrysler, but I traded it into a Ford dealer, my parent's have had leases so they went back to the dealer, although their last Chrysler got traded in at an Infiniti dealer.

I'd get the Saab
