Default Belt squeak in 2008 Ford Focus

Alright, so I've had a belt squeak since I bought my Focus right?... Its getting worse, its almost constant until 40mph then seems to go away. My brakes have gone to mush (I have a lot more travel before I start to brake, and a lot less pedal before I hit the floor).

And! The biggest problem is.. there is a really STRONG odor of GAS in my oil.. and its like I'm sticking my nose in a container of gas!..

What can I tell the dealer other than give me a new freakin car?

I had my clutch pedal and sensor replaced, and it has 10,650 miles.

2008, warranted isn't it?

Tell the dealer to get with it!

If it's creating a legacy you best be considering what you plan to do with it before the warranty ends.

my warranty ends.. 2013 I think?

I asked someone about the gas in oil, they said either bad piston rings, or a bad fuel pump.

Fuel in the gas is usually a leaking injector. Is it hard starting when you leave it for 20 minutes when hot?

I never have the option (I'm at school all day then come out), the shortest my car sits off is about 50 minutes, but its never "hard" starting, I just have to rev it a little to get the RPM's to drop.
