Default 98 Chevy Lumina Humming Noise

My chevy lumina 98' 4 door 3.8 makes a weird humming noise, at first I thought it was the wheel bearing so I changed the wheel bearing tie rod ends and ball joints but still a humming noise. After the first repairs the noise was reduced but it still made a humming noise but when i turn right the noise is almost completely gone.... it sounds like its coming from right under my foot which is on the petal.

What kind of humming noise? Can you get a video? Does it only do it when moving? Braking? Accelerating? Idling?

EDIT: I also edited your title to make it more concise

I'm wondering if it could be something with the brakes...

ok heres a little bit more info...

when the humming noise started I left it for awhile and then eventually my front tires started to wear down every two weeks, I had to replace my front to tires every two weeks until i finally brang it in, they named off a bunch of stuff like my driver side wheel bearing and ball joints and tie rod ends. So I replaced my driver side wheel bearing, ball joints, and tie rod ends hoping that the noise would stop. After driving when the repairs were done I did notice a difference in driving and the noise was reduced but a distinct noise you could still hear accept now when turning right the noise would not be there it feels as if the noise is coming from under the gas petal but a lil more towards the engine.

most of the time when sealed bearings fail one is worse but when you change that one the other can now be heard you other wheel bearing is probably bad if it's coming from the drivers side definitely then that one could be bad out the box it happens sometime. Also it could be the tires if you were wearing them out that fast the new ones could already have damage which can make some niose but sense you said it stops when turning right I suspect passenger bearing. When you turn right it take pressure off the passenger side bearing make the niose quiet down.

alright well I was told that it wasnt the passenger side wheel bearing but maybe they were wrong or maybe after the long period of time it finally needs replacing, anyways can test it without moving the car to much? besides lifting it up on a jack?

Jack it up, bear-hug the tire and shake. If that tire moves, the bearing is probably worn.
