Default I give up, ford!

So I went to the dealer today to get a cost for my belt, and to get my gas gauge looked at (it won't go past 3/4 of a tank).

Ha...Ha..Ha.. I'm not spending 300 bucks on getting a belt replaced that shouldn't fail after only 8 months of technical use (I've had it since the end of June 08, but it sat for 7 months (out of state for work, and no license) in the garage.

So now i need 750 for a new set of rubber (good THICK rubber that might last more than 9000 miles) 300 for a belt, and I still need my gas gauge fixed... and a tensioner if that's bad too (although if THAT'S not covered under warranty, I'll WALK.

I've now turned 2 people off of focuses.. I wonder why..

Yeah you cant really mess a belt up heh. Just make sure you put it on the way you take it off. All you have to do to get it off is find the belt tensioner and releave the preassure on the belt to slip it off. You may have to use a screw driver or something as leverage to move the tensioner.
