Default Dodge Caliber or Dodge sx 2.0(Neon)

2007 Dodge Caliber $8200 with 1.8L 5 speed power everything , but seats 59,000 KM

2003 Dodge Neon $6,000 with 2.0L 5 speed power everything, but seats 135,000 KM

The 2007 Dodge Caliber selling for $8200 private sale. But the only problem is that its out of province, 10 hours to be exact and I would have to have the car inspected before I could plate the car.

2007 Dodge Caliber insurance + plates for year : 1,145.00

2003 Dodge Neon insurance + plates for year : $1,151.00

That is WAY too much money for the Neon, they should only be asking maybe half that for that car.

Why must you buy one of these two?

Calibers tend to have some issues, i would lean towards something like a Cavalier or similar. But yeah that Neon is way overpriced.

If I can't get the Caliber I will buy a 2006 - 2007 Chevy Colbalt.

While the SRT-4 may be a type of Neon, this Neon is in no way an SRT-4

There is quite a difference between a Neon and a Neon SRT-4.

And you can find them for about 9 grand these days, 12 is probably the average, 17K seems a bit high even for a mint one.

I found one for 10K (one just like yours), but the dealer refused test drives until either A) they had financing setup, or B) you showed up with cash.

The lowest I've seen is 15, and that was one HEAVILY modded one.

I had a caliper for a while when my old car was totalled and we were trying to find a new one it was a total piece of crap ugly no power aggrivating shift pionts on the tranny and poor suspension plus it lost traction in the smallest amounts of water please steer clear of this car or suffer the Cluffenstien fate. LOL
